About Weichuang Bio‑Tech
Weichuang Bio‑Tech is a high‑tech enterprise based in Henan, China, specialising in bio‑fermentation technology. We research, develop, produce, and sell high-acid vinegar and natural preservation solutions for the food industry.
Our strength lies in advanced fermentation techniques, including high‑acid acetic acid cultivation and multi‑strain co‑fermentation. After five years of dedicated R&D, we became one of the few companies in China able to produce fermented vinegar with an acidity above 21% – a major breakthrough.
We operate modern production facilities with an annual output of 50,000 tonnes. Our quality systems are certified to ISO9001, FSSC22000, HACCP, and we also hold KOSHER and HALAL certifications for selected products.
