On September 17, 2025, the Fi Asia Thailand 2025 Food Ingredients Exhibition grandly opened at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, Thailand. As the most influential food ingredients professional exhibition in Southeast Asia, this edition attracted numerous exhibitors and professional visitors from multiple countries. The cultured sugar at the exhibition site, which is very popular, is made from non-GMO corn through a proprietary multi-strain fermentation process by Weichuang.
